Spring CSA Season Starts Next Week

Greetings from the farm. Given the weather we've been experiencing, it's sort of hard to believe that the spring CSA season starts next week already! Despite the chilly weather, there is lots of beautiful produce growing in our hoophouses. Based on how things look right now, this is what we think will be in the share next week:

• Mixed Lettuces
• Chives
• Arugula
• Mushrooms
• Radishes
• Little Yellow Potatoes
• Winter Onions
• Spinach
